The dial is marked American Watch Co. The case is a Jas Boss 25 year gold filled case first patented in 1859.

The movement has its original case by GW Ladd with a four digit case serial number. The original patent date for gold filled GW Ladd watch cases was June 11, 1867. The dial is marked American Watch Co. It should be noted this watch is in restoration and is getting a new thick crystal currently not on the watch.
